Henry Cavill, actor for Geralt in the Witcher Netflix series, says he lived and breathed the universe before landing the role

Henry Cavill is playing the role of Geralt in the upcoming Witcher series on Netflix. We've talked before about how badly Geralt wanted to get the role, all because he's a huge fan. Check out what Cavill had to say about preparing for the role below.

"I didn't even need to prepare myself for the role... I breathe, I live this universe every day. I already had numerous opportunities to think about the character while I was playing the games. My preparation was already done before casting started!

I love to wear this costume and this wig. I had to get used to it at first, it was a bit uncomfortable, but then I forgot it completely. Each morning, when I put them on me, I go one step further to the embodiment of the character. It allows me to slip into the shoes of Geralt."
