Mario Kart Tour updated to Version 1.2.1

GN Version 5.0

Mario Kart Tour was updated to Version 1.2.0 recently, and it seemed to cause an issue with a number of devices. Nintendo was quick to release a fix, as Version 1.2.1 is up for grabs now. This patch simply fixes up the hiccups from the previous version, and doesn't include anything else.
