The first trailer for the new Mortal Kombat movie may not drop until Summer 2020

We've seen a few behind-the-scenes pics of the new Mortal Kombat movie, and also got a peek at the new logo, but when are we going to get something more juicy? Countless fans are eager to see what the film has to offer in the way of a teaser or full-fledged trailer, but unfortunately, it seems we've got quite a bit of time to wait.

Mortal Kombat producer Todd Garner was asked about when we can expect to see a trailer for the film, and he said his best guess is sometime in Summer 2020. With the film launches Jan. 2021, a teaser in Summer 2020 makes a lot of sense. Hopefully we get a few stills before then, though!
