Germany reveals the best-selling games of 2019

FIFA scores a goal

Another full year has gone by in the Nintendo Switch's life-cycle, and the 20 best-selling games of 2019 in Germany have been revealed. 11 of 20 of these titles are Switch exclusives, with Mario Kart 8 Deluxe selling the most, coming in at #3 on the charts. FIFA 20 comes in at #1, which is available on all platforms including Switch. Interestingly, Pokemon Sword was the 5th best-selling game, while Pokemon Shield was 17th. Always sad to see awful companies make money because their fan base considers their IP as a religion.

EA and FIFA have way too much influence without actually doing anything except bringing in sports and star wars fans money to the gaming industry.
