Nintendo hosted a Q&A following their investor briefing the other day, and one of the questions was about the upcoming competition from Sony and Microsoft. While we don't have the official English translation yet, VideogamesChronicle has translated the feature and come up with the following info.

Nintendo president Shuntaro Furukawa say, “We will explain the specific figures for the next fiscal year in our next fiscal year announcement, but I think there will certainly be a change in the environment as new products of our competitors appear. ...we do not believe that the business trends of other companies will have a significant impact on our business.” In other words, Nintendo isn't all that worried about next-gen competition hurting the Switch too much. I guess we'll all find out together later this year!
