Yacht Club plans to change up their development approach for their new projects

Yacht Club hosted their second "Yacht Club Presents" event earlier in the week, and it gave us a look at what new Shovel Knight projects are in the works. It also revealed that Yacht Club is working on at least two new projects, but details on those games haven't been shared.

In an interview with DualShockers, Yacht Club Games artist Sandy Gordon talked a bit about the company's approach to these games. Gordon says that the team wants to “approach things a little bit differently this time around,” as compared to how they tackled development on Shovel Knight. For the new projects, the team is “just gonna try and focus on building a quality core experience as its own thing.” With that said, it's “still too early to tell” if there will be any DLC content.
