GameStop is taking an extra precaution to keep customers safe when they come in to pick up DOOM Eternal or Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Both games were set to launch on March 20th, 2020, but GameStop will now be selling DOOM Eternal a day early. This move is being made to try and keep down on the amount of people in-store at one time. Animal Crossing: New Horizons' release date remains the same, but with the change for DOOM Eternal, Nintendo fans will have the store to themselves.

This is the second bit of precaution GameStop has taken against the coronavirus this week, as the midnight launches for DOOM Eternal and Animal Crossing: New Horizons were both cancelled.
