Nintendo is always filing new trademarks for game names and more, and their latest is tied to the Mario series. Nintendo has filed for a trademark for the above image of a question mark block, which should be familiar to anyone who's played a Mario game. The filing applies to a ton of purposes, including video gaming, merchandising, memory storage, clothing, toys, household appliances, stationary, processed foods, and much more.
