Facing near sellouts, Nintendo says more Switch stock is on the way to the U.S.

The Switch is sold out in multiple countries, and the Switch Lite is getting gobbled up fast. The combination of Animal Crossing: New Horizons' launch, people purchasing the Switch to enjoy while quarantined, and the coronavirus knocking out production lines has lead to a major shortage in hardware. Thankfully, it seems Nintendo is working to remedy the situation in at least one region.

While the Big N didn't give specifics, they did say that a replenishment is coming to the U.S.. You can check out the full statement from Nintendo below.

"Nintendo Switch hardware is selling out at various retail locations in the U.S., but more systems are on the way. We apologize for any inconvenience."
