This week's issue of Famitsu includes a new feature on Bravely Default II. Within that feature is an interview with producers Tomoya Asano and Masashi Takahashi, and they share some new tidbits on the game. Check out the info breakdown below.

Bravely Default II's name

- the team wanted a name to show that this is a departure from the previous games, both in terms of characters and outlook

Bravely Default II's music

- handled by Sound Horizon’s Revo
- the OST of Bravely Default 2 is more mature and has painful, lonely feelings encompassed within it
- Revo was not given specific requests for songs, but were instead given details on the characters, the scenario, and more
- the producers believe the OST will 100% reflect Revo’s feelings of the game

- Bravely Default II's artwork

- Octopath Traveler‘s Naoki Ikushima is the sole character designer
- Naoki Ikushima did all the Jobs’ design
- this decision was made to give Bravely Default II a better sense of unity
- Tactics Ogre‘s Akihiko Yoshida isn’t returning from Bravely Default
