The Switch is selling like crazy worldwide, and is extremely hard to find in all different regions, Asia included. E-commerce aggregator iPrice Group wanted to see just how bad the situation was throughout Asia, so they ran an analysis of 1.5 million search via online shopping platforms to come up with some data. They pulled info from online purchases in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, and Hong Kong to get these results.

According to the numbers, Switch is the most popular platform in 5 of those 7 countries, while PS4 is most popular in Vietnam and Indonesia. Even more impressive, from mid-March to mid-April 2020, online shopping searches for the Switch shot up by 245%, compared to 135% for the PS4. Just more proof that the Switch is killing it right now, and is only going to get harder to find as Nintendo struggles to get a handle on the situation.
