GN Version 5.0

Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath is bringing some unique characters with it, but none more surprising that RoboCop, the Future of Law Enforcement himself. NetherRealm made sure to go all-out with their inclusion of RoboCop, and they went right to the source in order to get things right.

In a feature from Brendan George, Lead Character Artist at NetherRealm Studios, we learn that the development team had a chance to meet with Peter Weller to talk all things RoboCop. Weller is the actor who portrayed RoboCop in the original films, so he certainly knows a thing or two about the character! Weller was scanned, recorded, and interviewed throughout the process, making sure every minute detail was captured.

George also reveals that there will be multiple skins for RoboCop in the game. This includes the gray suit from the original film, and the suit with a more blue-ish hue from the sequel. Furthermore, a third option will be included that gives RoboCop a Mortal Kombat 3 Cyber Ninja RoboCop variant. You can see that version in the GIF above.
