Whenever you hop aboard Redd's ship in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, you always know you could be getting scammed. If you jump in on an art purchase, you'll either walk away with a genuine piece or something completely worthless. While it can be hard to tell what's real and fake, at least now we know the odds.

Dataminers have been digging into New Horizons to see what they can find, and some details on Redd's art have popped up. If you're jumping aboard the ship to make a purchase, here's the potential odds on artwork.

10% - 1 fake, 3 real
30% - 2 fake, 2 real
50% - 3 fake, 1 real
10% - 4 fake, 0 real

In other words, the odds of having a ship with 75% real art or 75% fake art are exactly the same. The best you can hope for is 2 real 2 fake, which has 30% odds of cropping up. No matter what happens, you'll have to keep your wits about you!
