The latest details in the Switch Joy-Con drift saga have come in. Zachary Vergara, a Switch owner who has experienced Joy-Con drift, must arbitrate his claim that Nintendo of America Inc. sold defective Joy-Con. This was decided by a federal court in the state of Illinois today. Whether Vergara's claim falls within its scope must now be decided by an arbitrator. Whatever ends up happening from here on out could have a major impact on all Joy-Con drift complaints going forward.
