The Sonic the Hedgehog movie never got its big theater debut in Japan due to the pandemic. Paramount said the film would premiere sometime later at an unspecified date. Well, that time has finally come.
Paramount has announced that Sonic the Hedgehog will make its way to theaters in Japan on June 26th, 2020. There's no word on how this will impact plans for the home release in Japan, but we'll bring you those details when they become available.
