Nintendo holding their 80th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 26th, 2020, coronavirus measures outlined
Details on Nintendo's 80th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders have been revealed, and some new measures due to the coronavirus have been outlined for those attending their headquarters in Kyoto, Japan. Officially announced to be taking place on June 26th, the following measures will be taking place:
1. The meeting will be shortened overall, including the amount of questions allowed to be asked by the audience
2. Less total participants will be permitted, and the number of seats will be reduced
3. AGM merchandise will not be distributed
4. Wearing face masks is a requirement for all attendees
5. Anyone that appears unwell will be turned away, and will not be allowed into the building
6. All voting by the shareholders is recommended to be done online or by mail-in
7. Measures are subject to change, and all new information will be provided on the Nintendo investor relations webpage
