Buying every announced LEGO Super Mario toy will cost you nearly $600

Mama mia!!

If you're a big Nintendo and LEGO fan, you're most likely planning to grab every piece of LEGO Super Mario content there is. With the new items announced earlier today, there's actually quite a bit to pick up. Just how much will you have to spend in order to grab it all? Our friends at Nintendo Life crunched the numbers, and the final result is a pretty wallet-busting figure.

Starter Course

- LEGO Super Mario Adventures with Mario Starter Course (59,99 USD/EUR)

- LEGO Super Mario Cat Mario Power-Up Pack (9,99 USD/EUR)
- LEGO Super Mario Builder Mario Power-Up Pack (9,99 USD/EUR)

Character Packs

- LEGO Super Mario Character Packs (4,99 USD/3,99 EUR)

Altogether, you'll have to spend at least $589.75 / 579.75€ to purchase all the options out there. We say at least because you'd have to be extremely lucky to come away with a total that low. There are 10 different characters to get in the Character Packs, but they're all blind bags. In other words, you'd have to have 10 perfect pulls in order to get all 10 characters. In reality, you could buy a hundred different Character Packs and still not get a complete set!

Now do Star Wars and see a few zeros to that total ;)

I'm confident in my ability to feel out the blind bags as I've had years of practice with the minifigure bags.
