GN Version 5.0

Live A Live hit the Super Famicom all the way back in 1994, and was the directorial debut of Chrono Trigger director Takashi Tokita. The game eventually saw release on the Wii U and 3DS Virtual Consoles in Japan, but today it seems Square-Enix isn't done with the game yet.

Square-Enix has just grabbed a new trademark for Live A Live in Australia, which gives hope for the game to get localized. Live A Live has never seen release outside of Japan, but with this trademark, many are thinking that an English remake or re-release could be in the works.

UPDATE - A trademark for Live A Live has also gone live in Europe as well.
