Pokemon Go Fest brings in $8.9 Million, the highest daily total since 2016

This past weekend, Niantic held the 2020 Pokemon Go Fest, which allowed players to catch all sorts of Pokemon with special, celebratory themes. Players of the game collectively spent $8.9 Million in the games shop on Saturday, July 25, and an additional $8.6 Million on on Sunday, July 26. In total, players spent $17.5 Million across the weekend, and Saturday's earnings in particular marked the highest daily total of revenue since 2016.
