Looks like THQ Nordic's decision to remake SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom was an excellent idea. According to Embracer Group CEO Lars Wingefors, SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom - Rehydrated! has already sold over 1 million units since its launch on June 23rd, 2020. It seems the title managed to cross the 1 million mark sometime in July.
