Apex Legends team open to the idea of a Netflix animated series

Netflix has been a great home for adaptations of video games. They've done both live-action series' like the Witcher and animated outings such as Castlevania. There's other game adaptations in the works as well, like Beyond Good and Evil, Cuphead, and more. Could Apex Legends join the ranks at some point?

In an interview with GamesRadar, game director Chad Grenier is asked about the possibility. While it doesn't appear that anything is in the works, the team is more than willing to listen if Netflix comes knocking.

"Yeah, I would love to do that. That sounds awesome. A Netflix animated series of Apex? Sign me up! I think right now we're focused on making the game but heck, if someone wants to pitch me something I'll listen."
