GN Version 5.0

Super Mario Bros. 35 aims to replicate the original Super Mario Bros., but with a focus on online multiplayer. By and large, Super Mario Bros. 35 looks and plays pretty much like the original. It's not 100% spot-on though, as fans have noticed a few changes in stages.

As you can see in the image above, World 6-1 has had a very minor change implemented. For whatever reason, a single block has been removed from a set up steps, and that pushes the entire stage down by one "line." No one has any idea why this change was made. Seems a bit odd to revamp this section ever so slightly. Was it a mistake in the building process, or is there a specific reason that block was removed?
