Can't get enough of Halloween? Why not celebrate it in Animal Crossing: New Horizons? There's plenty to do and see around the holiday, and you can get the full details below.

Fall has come to the Animal Crossing: New Horizons game through the latest update, which adds some spooky touches to the season such as Halloween costumes, character customization options, DYI projects and festivities. With Halloween coming soon, here are a few things to do on your island to make sure you are ready for the big day:

Growing Pumpkins – Get your house ready for Halloween by purchasing pumpkin starts from Nook’s Cranny during October or Leif year-round. Besides adding them around your house for some Fall flair, you can harvest them in pumpkin-based DYI projects. Did you know that you can grow different coloured pumpkins?

Collecting Candy – With Halloween just around the corner, make sure to stock up on some candy if you haven’t done so already! You will want to have this on Halloween to give to Jack for some in-game rewards, as well as for your neighbours (or you might get pranked!)

Get Your Costume Ready! – Find your Halloween night style by purchasing costumes at the Able Sisters shop. In addition, you can get body paint and coloured eye contacts by exchanging Nook Miles.

Crafting Spooky Furniture – During this season, you can learn Halloween DYI projects from your fellow residents to create spooky decorations.
