Go away Nintendo. I own the original and all the DLC. Don't try to tell me this is worth another €60.

I’m in the same boat, and I fired up Pikmin 3 a couple weeks ago and have been thoroughly enjoying it. I will pick this up on OfferUp once someone in my area sells it for $20. Probably take a year, but it will happen eventually.

Wii U sold 13.56 million units. Pikmin 3 shipped a bit over 1.2 million?

Switch is like 61 million units sold? Maybe, if Pimin 3 Deluxe does well on Switch it can give Ninty more reason to put more resources into Pikmin 4? I think so.

So people nabout this port and that they have it on Wii U(so do I) should shut up! If you have the game with all the DLC then this port really sin't for you, is it? The WiiU is even superior in the sense that you can use the gamepad for touch controls and play the game on TV, which is waaaay better for a game like Pikmin.

The thing is Nintendo are saying that if "you've explored planet PNF-404 before" there's something for us to buy it again. I disagree, it's superficial easy stuff that took little effort to add.

You can say Switch is doing better, and it is, but us Wii U owners are still waiting on Pikmin 4 all these years later, even though it was reportedly nearly finished. The same goes for other games like Mario Kart 9. Nintendo are still milking 8, even though it's over 6 years old. And there's a lot more I could say.

They have some ice extras, but nothing fancy. But what is it to you who already has the game+DLC and can even play it with touch screen and TV? This really isnt an add to get those who already had it to get it again, but to get in them new gamers too. Looks like they are trying to get both in, of course. I wont get this since I liked the touch pad controllers but would never play a Pikmin game on a small, handheld screen (same with TW101).

When it comes to Pikmin 4! We have no idea how far the game was in development. Maybe it was closed to be finished but then they changed up things. MAybe not. We don't know. But if P3D does sell well, we might actually get Pikmin 4, and that's better than not getting at all. Actually, they have ad a lot of time to experiment with new ideas which the can implement.

The Wii U is dead, but lives stil with us, Slig =)

Maybe Pikmin 4 is in some sort of Star Fox 2 limbo and they are rereleasing 3 just to keep the series alive for awhile. Anyway, I think it will sell better on the Switch but not by a large margin. Except for Mario games, Wii U ports don't take over the charts, so I expect it to sell like Tropical Freeze.

Ah, and while I have the original version, I plan to get it later (not due to pricing, but just because it is not a priority right now).
