GN Version 5.0

The Japanese airing of today's Nintendo Direct Mini: Partner Showcase give us our first look at the A-Train game that was initially announced for Switch way back in February. Titled as "A-Train Hajimaru Kankou Keikaku" the Artdink-developed game is slated for a 2020 launch in Japan, and will be entirely self-published. Check out the debut trailer above.

A-Train Hajimaru Kankou Keikaku is an urban development railway simulation game. You'll take on the role of president of a railway corporation, so you'll oversee the construction of railway tracks, run rail transportation, and develop the city. This installment in the series also includes tourism development, which involves creating tourist attractions to woo tourists.

You'll also be able to customize trains to match your city, and edit terrain, conversation, and clear conditions to make your own fun. Finally, you can create maps and publish them online for others to download.
