Nintendo Co., Ltd., Creatures Inc., and Game Freak Inc. have applied for a new trademark in Japan. The trademark is for the term "VSTAR," and it's tied to the Toy category. More specifically, it is related to “game equipment”, “board games”, “playing cards”, “toys”, and 20 other similar applications. We'll have to hang tight for more info before we see what this trademark is actually used for.
