GN Version 5.0

Azur Lane: Crosswave is getting some new tweaks for its Switch release, including a revamped Photo Mode. You can get more details on that and other changes in the press release below.

Capture the moment with your favorite ships! In this week's update for the 3D action shooter, Azur Lane: Crosswave, we introduce and revisit some of the game systems, including an updated Photo Mode! The game will launch physically and digitally on the Nintendo Switch™ February 16, 2021 in North America and February 19, 2021 in Europe!

The game is now available physically and digitally on the PlayStation®4 in North America, Europe, and on Steam®.

About the Systems Pt. 1:

Photo Mode

In the PlayStation 4 and Steam release, players were originally allowed to pose and take photos of 3 ships. On the Switch release, players can now capture a moment with up to 6 ships! Photo mode also allows Commanders to get creative with extended camera angles. Strike a pose!

Taihou and Formidable Included In-Game

Previously as DLC on PS4 and Steam, Taihou and Formidable are implemented in the Switch version! Both characters also come with 3 support characters and additional story content!

Support Ships:

• Saint Louis
• Dunkerque
• Jean Bart

Support Ships:

• Warspite
• HMS Neptune
• Zara

Story Mode Brings 7 Chapters

Commanders can experience Azur Lane: Crosswave across a feature-length prologue and 7 story chapters! Story progresses on the Ocean Map, where players can engage in fierce 3v3 battles, or enjoy exchanges of the Joint Military Exercise participants.

You'll play the main Story Mode through the perspective of Shimakaze and Suruga, while Taihou and Formidable take over in their own chapters!
