The next Smash Bros. Ultimate Spirit Board event has been announced, and it starts on Jan. 15th, 2021. This time around, Spirits with facial hair will be littering the board. Take those Spirits out and you'll be granted with more SP than usual. This event lasts for 3 days.
Uhh... most of those are moustaches...
The word for beard is generally fairly ambiguous and contextual for any facial hair in Japanese, and even moreso that the Japanese event uses Katakana for the word. Beard is technically an accurate and generally textbook correct translation, but it definitely isn't the ideal choice here.
