Koei Tecmo has announced a delay for their upcoming horse racing simulation, Winning Post 9 2021. The game was originally announced for release on March 18th, 2021, but now it's been pushed to April 15th, 2021. Koei Tecmo simply said that “various reasons” led to the delay.
