Among Us sells 3.2 million units on Switch in December alone

That's a lot of crewmates!

Those who've been paying attention to the Switch eShop charts around the world have no doubt noticed the presence of Among Us. The game has either been #1 or right near the top since it launched. That success has translated into some major sales for the dev team.

According to stats from Superdata Research, Among Us managed to move 3.2 million units on the Switch alone in December 2020. That made it the highest-earning version of the game for December. With the game still topping Switch charts in January, there's little doubt of millions of units being shifted this time around as well.

Congratulations to the team! Goes to show that if one continues to support their games after launch one can end up with something really great that a lot of people want.

And to celebrate I made this image with the other #1 thing this week.

The game is also only €5, which would have helped massively garnering huge sales among us Switch owners. That, and of course, it's a good game.

I kind of can't believe this game is still moving major numbers.

I enjoyed it when I played it for 2-4 weeks.
