Best Buy listing shows Subnautica + Subnautica: Below Zero as a two-in-one physical release

We learned awhile back that both Subnautica and Subnautica: Below Zero were coming to Switch. What we didn't know at the time was that both will be included in a single retail package.
According to a listing on Best Buy's website, Switch owners will be able to pick up Subnautica + Subnautica: Below Zero as a single physical purchase. This title is priced at $60, meaning each game comes in at $30. Those who want to snag just one of the games should be able to do so on the eShop, but retail seems like it'll be both or nothing.
