The Pokemon World Championships 2021 has been cancelled, 2022 plans announced to take place in London
Due to the ongoing pandemic, Play Pokemon has announced that their 2021 plans for the Pokemon World Championships have been cancelled. Instead, they've begun planning their 2022 Championships, and they've announced that the event is set to take place in London, England. All invitations that existed for the 2020 World Championships will carry over, this event will house the Video Game, TCG and Pokkén Tournament DX World Championships.Serebii Update: Pokémon World Championships 2021 has been cancelled.
