Atari focusing more on Wii and DS, says Alone in the Dark hits Europe (and NA?) this May

Atari boss Patrick Leleu has a rough road ahead of him. He is looking to turn Atari/Infogrames back to profitability. It may take awhile to return the company to its former glory, he sees this as a possible outcome if certain goals are set. One thing Mr. Leleu plans to do is increase investments put towards Wii and DS titles. If Atari can reach that casual market, they are sure to see some fantastic revenue off of it.

Mr. Leleu also states that Alone in the Dark is set for release in May for Europe. There is no specific mention of an NA release, so we may see this in May as well. Last I heard, the title was on for March. While Mr. Leleu says the title is indeed an important one for Atari, it won’t kill the company if it doesn’t sell well.
