CNBC anchor Mark Haines thinks that Wii Fit is just another antisocial game, and is only for geeks. CNBC’s Silicon Valley Bureau Chief says the exact opposite, and backs up Nintendo, as well as the Wii. All the other experts (Michael Pachter and Dr. Justin Liu, St. Mary’s Medical Center) sing the praises of Wii Fit as well. I think Mr. Haines comes off very ‘old-school’, and shows his true lack of understanding when it comes to the games industry. That, plus he tells people to just do some push-ups…all while the video piece playing is showing people using the balance board for push-ups/stretching.
