D.N.A. Softwares has updated Touhou Genso Mahjong to Version 1.0.2. This update includes a huge amount of bug fixes, but appears to be available for just the Japanese audience right now. We'll bring you news on the patch's release outside of Japan, as well as the translated info when it becomes available.
Touhou Gensou Mahjong just went up for preload on the Switch eShop in Japan yesterday. The title is due out Jan. 30th, 2020, and can be preordered for 3,465 yen for a limited time, as the regular price is 3,850 Yen. You'll need 760MB to download this title, and it does not include an English option. Check out another batch of screens here.

Mediascape has announced that Touhou Genso Mahjong will come to the Switch in Japan in Jan. 2020. The title was originally slated for a release sometime in Fall 2019, but that didn't end up happening. We'll have info on the exact release date, as well as pricing in the near future.
Circle D.N.A. Softwares has announced plans to release Touhou Genso Mahjong on Switch, which will launch in Japan sometime this Fall. A demo of the game will be on-hand at the “Play, Doujin!” booth at Hakurei Jinja Reitaisai 2019 on May 5th, 2019. This demo will allow for local four-player competitive action with six characters (Yukari Yakumo, Cirno, Reimu Hakurei, Marisa Kirisame, Wriggle Nightbug, and Yuyuko Saigyouji).
