Unsanctioned, unofficial and completely crazy. A rouge Mario and Luigi hopped in their karts to take to the streets of Japan, only to be snapped on cell phone cam for the world to see. I wonder if the dynamic duo managed to pull this off without a pair of tickets! Thanks to 8-Bit Jay for the heads up.
