Xenoblade Chronicles disc-read errors plaguing launch

This is not the type of thing we want to see. Xenoblade Chronicles is very hot in Europe right now, but some disc-read errors are killing the buzz. Some people are having trouble getting the game to play in their Wii, but there's no explanation right now. Nintendo of Europe is yet to make an official statement either. Let's hope there's an easy fix for this.
