More apps announced for Japanese Wii U eShop

Next to the YouTube and Hulu apps, which will be coming on launch day, Japan will be able enjoy even more apps in early 2013. The food delivery service Demae-Can and video service YNN will be coming to the Wii U soon. With the delivery apps, Wii U users will be able to order pizza, curry and more straight from their TVs. With YNN, Japanese folk have access to things like movies, sports and anime. Both of the services require a membership.

Well in all honesty we in the U.S can just bookmark the restaurant's site in our Wii U browser to order online. And another paid video service isn't really necessary (we have 3) What we need here is a music streaming service or the ability to access cloud storage to view our OWN media.

It's too bad players will have to close their gaming just to access the pizza delivery service in the middle of a session...

And that makes a browser-based service much more convenient for our 3DS and Wii U systems...
