Demos can cut game sales in half, says analyst

Schell said that demos usually deter consumers from making a purchase, rather than convincing them to grab a game. Obviously demos are good for consumers, but if devs want a better chance at blindsiding gamers with their lackluster projects, demos are a bad thing!
