3DS cart to download transfer tool's Japanese release reconfirmed

Remember Nintendo talking about the ability to transfer your 3DS cartridge purchases into the digital realm, thanks to a 3DS eShop tool? That tool has been reconfirmed for Japanese release on March 27th. This is mentioned on the Japanese 3DS eShop. Let's hope the North American and European versions aren't far off! Thanks to Dan for the heads up.
