Jumpy pointer in Red Steel - try turning down the Wiimote volume!

If you own Red Steel, you have probably come across this issue. You’ll be playing the game, and all of a sudden the cursor on the screen will jump very sporadically. Although it doesn’t happen a lot of the time, when it does, it can be very annoying. Just incase you don’t know what it looks like, I have made an animated .gif as an example.

It seems that a few different people have stumbled upon the solution to this problem…turning down the Wiimote speaker volume. Putting the sound level at 1 or 0 level seems to stop the rubber-band effect (as it has been nicknamed) from happening altogether. I cannot figure out what is happening that the Wiimote speaker is interfering with the cursor, but that’s because I am a very simple man. All I know is that it fixes the issue, and I am happy! Huge thanks to psycorey for the heads up.
