Wii death: Lawsuit on the way

The news just keeps coming in the case of Jennifer Strange, the California mother of three who died from drinking too much water while trying to win a Nintendo Wii.
The Sacramento Bee is reporting that attorney Roger Dreyer will be representing the family in an upcoming wrongful death lawsuit and that he is accusing the morning show that hosted the contest of “pushing an irresponsible, ill-advised contest.”
