Kojima - the console is on its way out

Gamers should be able to take the experience with them in their living rooms, on the go, when they travel — wherever they are and whenever they want to play. I think that the next round of consoles is going to do something radically different from the current gen. I think those differences will be in the distribution methods for games. We certainly seeing things head in a digital direction, but it won’t be until next gen when we really see how the current hardware makers are looking to tackle this issue.
