Try out the Mother 3 fan-translation's hard mode
Did you know that the fan-translation of Mother 3 comes with a little something special? There’s a hard mode for those of you that want a little more challenge. Here’s how you do it, and what it does.
- Name yourself HARD MODE when you’re asked at the forest temple in Chapter 1 or at the clay mine in Chapter 4
- must be put in all caps
Hard Mode details
- doubles enemies’ HP
- increases other player states
- tougher, more aggressive enemies
