The Origins of Kirby

To think that Kirby almost never was makes me really appreciate that the little guy is around today. He’s become one of Nintendo’s most lovable mascots, but at one point in time he was nothing more than a placeholder character. Thankfully someone fell in love with that placeholder art so much that he eventually became the star of a Game Boy outing, and that’s when the legacy began!
