The best Professor Layton game

Is it really fair for us to say what Professor Layton game is the best? We wouldn’t be basing our opinions on the entire series! We are still waiting for some entries to make it over to the states. Once we’ve gone hands-on with all entries in the long-running franchise, then we can venture a guess as to which is tops. Of course, we also have to figure out if the Phoenix Wright crossover title counts as a Layton game as well!
