West and Zampella being hit hard by legal fees with Activision battle
The following information comes from new legal documents released today. The following information is alleged.
- Activision knew of EA’s alleged involvement in the case over six months beforehand
- Activision was looking to have the case pushed back
- West and Zampella “are paying for this litigation from our own funds”
- the cost has “[exceeded] our combined annual salaries”
- issues are causing problems with getting Respawn started as well
- “any delay of the trial in this lawsuit would increase the financial and non-financial burdens and would continue to distract us from running our business and earning a living.”
