Nintendo plans massive 3DS marketing campaign

To make sure that every person on the planet get’s their hands on the 3DS before it launches, Nintendo is planning a massive campaign.

5000 interactive units will be made available to people in stores so that they’re able to get some hands on time with the handheld before purchasing it.  According to Reggie Fils-Aime, this will also be “augmented by mobile units taking the experience to the streets.”  The 8 week launch campaign has a goal of reaching a million people by summer.  In other news I cannot get over how hilarious the people’s faces look in these videos.
