Videogames Need Auteurs, But Good Luck Finding Them

If you had to name some big-name movie directors, who could you name? I’m guessing that quite a few names would come to mind. Now let’s look at gaming and think of the big-names that have made a long-standing mark on the industry? I’m sure you could think of a few of those as well, but far less than what you have for the movie director category. Where are the game makers that are out to create amazing content, and get recognized for it as well?
