REPORT - UK Developer The Code Monkeys Shutting Down
Yorkshire-based game developer The Code Monkeys — developer of games on platforms ranging from the ZX81 to the iPad — is shutting down after nearly a quarter of a century, the company confirmed. “On the Company’s 23rd birthday (1st February 2011), the Directors/Shareholders of The Code Monkeys voted to cease trading,” the studio stated in an epitaph on its website. “It would’ve been nice to make the quarter century, but alas…”
